Welcome to the Coleman Canada special discount program!

Congratulations! You’ve done the first part. Now some additional but straightforward steps in order to buy the Coleman product(s) you want and to take advantage of the 40% discount afforded CSBC members. Please read the following carefully.

New prices, revised process effective February 1st, 2023

1. To open the price list, click here. This will provide a list of all available Coleman products, including the ones you saw on their web sites.
2. Using the product name and Item#, find the 2023 CSBC Price after the 40% discount. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is also shown.
3. Order the product(s) you wish to buy by emailing Carolyn Shepherd, Customer Service Representative at

4. Put “CSBC order” in the email Subject line.
5. For each item, specify the:

  • Category/Sub-category/Product description  e.g. Coolers/Hand Coolers - Jugs - Misc/Personal/20 Can Chiller Stacker- (18 Qt.), Fog
  • item#  e.g. 2161158
  • quantity 
  • CSBC price  
  • your mailing address and daytime telephone # (for delivery purposes). All shipping will be by either UPS or Purolator)

6. Shipping charges are in addition to the CSBC price. See Standard Shipping and Handling Charges here.

7. Payment will be by credit card. Do not include your credit card information in the email. You will provide this later.

8. Send the email to Carolyn. You will receive an email with an order confirmation and a request to provide credit card details. There is a 72 hour limit on response from the purchaser with their payment details.

9. Please also note that although the payment will authorize the total order value, only items in stock to ship will actually be billed to your card.

10. Backorder items will remain pre-authorized & “pending” on the card until they are shipped or Carolyn receives a request by the purchaser to cancel.
